The hotel is near Hakata station, just a few minutes walk. The front desk speaks English so its easy to communicate. I love that they told me they have free drinks (variety of beers and wine) for us for the 3 days stay. It was fantastic. The room is spacious compared to other business hotel we stayed. It is very clean. I love the free drinks, coffee, nuts, energy bar on the 2nd floor. The baggage storage after checkout is great too. It is only minimal fee and not too concerning. Please do not hesitate to book this place if you will stay near Hakata. This is fantastic place.

The lobby can get noisy and crowded at night with guests drinking and eating — it feels like a party vibe, which seems to be the hotel’s style. Might not be ideal for families, but great for solo or social travelers.

At first, I was interested in the unlimited beer. The draft beer was much better than I expected, and I became very comfortable, almost like at home. I could reserve the gym in advance and use the space by myself for an hour. The decisive reason for my recommendation was the friendly attitude of the staff. After checkout, I thought I had lost something and went back to look for it, and all the staff helped me actively like family. In conclusion, I felt really embarrassed that it was found in my carry-on bag, which I had taken back a lot of the staff's time and effort. I apologize once again, and I want to leave a review saying that while the staff at every travel destination I’ve visited in Japan are usually friendly, here they are on another level of kindness. Thanks to that, I definitely want to visit again. Thank you.

Stayed here with my family and older kids. The room was clean and spacious enough for all of us, and the location was really convenient. Facilities are simple — no daily cleaning, and you need to bring your trash to the lobby bins. Pajamas can be picked up near the concierge. The 24-hour coffee, water, and draft beer machines in the lobby were a nice touch, and there were welcome drinks in the room too. However, the lobby gets very noisy and crowded at night with guests drinking and eating — it feels more like a party scene, which might not suit families. Also, the reception wasn’t as helpful as in other hotels — they couldn’t even assist with calling a taxi. Overall, okay stay if you’re fine with a self-service setup and lively atmosphere.
