I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! All the staff were incredibly friendly, cheerful, and genuinely service-minded. Their warm hospitality really made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s facilities were also impressive and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation is very good, clean, and provides a great place to relax. The staff is helpful. What I liked is that you can truly relax, and for breakfast, if you don't want to wake up early, you can order it later to eat in your room. The staff is kind and polite, the sea view is nice, and there are many beautiful spots for photos. I recommend it if you really want to relax; you won't be disappointed.

Our overall stay was a very good experience and we had a great time. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite and accommodating. Absolutely world class. The hotel appearance is very modern and clean with a nice pool and seating so you can enjoy the sea view. The food is very good. In addition to the superb buffet breakfast we ordered food and cocktails from the menu at night which were all delicious. However, the location was a little bit awkward. Sandwiched between Hua Hin and Cha-am there was no beach directly nearby and calling a taxi meant a little bit of a wait to go anywhere. Although our room was clean, physically comfortable and spacious enough there is one big problem: noise. The walls are paper thin and we were disturbed by noise from outside in the corridor as well as from the adjoining rooms. I don’t think the other guests were being super noisy, simply there is no soundproofing. I slept with earplugs every night to get around this but it was definitely not ideal.

I want to say that I really like this hotel. I usually prefer hotels in the U chain anyway. This one is new, clean, and minimalistic with a really good location. There is a well-known café in front with delicious coffee. The service here is excellent. I would like to commend the staff member named Ton Ao, who provided service with a lot of heart. We felt very impressed. They gave us a complete tour of the hotel and explained everything thoroughly, which left a strong impression. The breakfast is great, the room is clean, and the view is very nice. The amenities are all complete, but the only downside is that the hotel pool is a bit small because the area is not large. Overall, it's great; I'd give it five stars.
