I stayed at Portofino for 2 nights. Hotel is located near by the main entrance of Toscana which I don’t like. It is not privacy to stay at the hotel. I would love to spend my day at club house inside the valley instead of staying at Portofino. If you need more privacy, I would recommend to stay in the valley. There are so many wonderful places to explore in Toscana valley. On the other hand, hotel room is nice and clean. Staff were very nice and polite. It sounds like breakfast was a bit limited or repetitive.

Although you are in Thailand, to stay at Toscana Valley you would scarcely know it. Cobblestone streets, southern Italian architecture inspired villas, rolling hills, lush grounds, and spectacular mountain vistas, Toscana Valley is truly a hidden treasure. The room was well appointed. The bed was comfortable, large, and inviting. The sights, sounds, and smells on the property were all selling points. The food was artisonal and a delight to try. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a fantastic option for all travelers, especially couples. I'd say it is a place where one could marry and honeymoon all in one. I would happily repeat my stay.

Previous guest left a used tissue and housekeeping didn't clean it. Told them and they just picked it up and didn't clean. Other than that, breakfast was superb. Location was great. Swimming pool was dirty so don't bother. Large real estate to explore if you have time as it is a combination of 3 hotel properties.
Amazing time with friends ”
Surrounded by many beautiful places in the valley. Really could do different activities. Plan ahead to fully enjoy your day as there are several picturesque spots. The hotel room is nice, clean and bigger than we expected. Only one nuisance is that there is no dustbin at the lobby of in front of it so we have no where to throw our litters at the lobby area.
