“Good unit overall, but...”
Overall good. The unit was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The complex as a whole has large cockroaches crawling around. We found a dead one in the hallway of the next building over from mine where my friend was staying, and also one in his bathroom. They were also crawling all over the place outside by the pool at night. I did not see any in my unit, though. The host never gave me instructions for check in and check out, and it was only because my friend spoke Thai that I was given any directions for checking myself in.
