I used it for my graduation trip. Since we were planning to stay with four people, I was looking for four beds, but there were two bunk beds here, so we could sleep comfortably. Also, there was enough detergent for one load of laundry, and I used it to wash the towels. We didn't use the kitchen this time, but there were two stovetops, a frying pan, and a microwave, so I thought it would have been fun to cook at the hotel (though I don't think there were any seasonings provided). In terms of location, it was easily accessible by bus, and it was about a 20-minute walk from Hakata Station, so I thought it wasn't bad. It was my first time in Fukuoka, but it turned out to be an amazing trip. Thank you very much!
It was my first time staying in a mansion-type accommodation, so I was excited to see what it would be like. The building had an auto-lock system. It took a little time to get through the auto-lock and check-in, but when I called the staff, they were very kind and helped me enter my room smoothly. It felt like staying at a friend's place who lives alone. Since it felt like a home, my family was able to stay comfortably and with peace of mind. There was a bit of a serious mold issue in some areas, which bothered me, but I was very satisfied since I could use both the laundry facilities and the bathroom dryer.
Supplies and toiletries are not enough for 6 days, 5 pax. Floors that are non carpets are kind of sticky and it felt unhygienic. The location is nice and quite near to a discount supermarket and bus station. Futons and comforters felt like it has not been washed for a long time, though covers are so white and felt clean.

The place is ok, quiet but quite far from hakata station by feet. It is a short taxi ride though to airport, hakata sta., Don quijote and other attraction. Check in process was a pain. No one can assist you. You’ll need a pass code first to enter the lobby where the tablet device for check in is located. We didnt get any code to we had to message agoda assistance but to no avail. We had to wait for other guest to go in for us to enter the lobby. We observed that other incoming guest had the same difficulty and just helped them. Sadly i read on prev reviews that it was already an old issue. I hope this time, they address this. Other than that the place was good! Everything was provided-clean linens, towels, supplies, extra beddings and futon. It is a service apartment so there is a complete kitchen, dining room and separate toilet and bath with washing machine. There are no convenience store nearby but theres a grocery Sunny mart, 3min away. Over all it was a nice stay. I would recommend this to groups of young adults on budget.
