I booked a Jacuzzi Pool Deluxe Room. The main reason of taking this room is because of the jacuzzi. However, the jacuzzi is kinda disappointed for me. The surrounding had a lot of ants, so we were requested to change another room, but it was told by the receptionist is fully booked, there is no more Jacuzzi Pool room available. They offer us to stay in the Deluxe Pool View room with twin bed without giving any refund. Of course, we denied. Thus, they asked the house keeper to come and clean it. They use the mosquitos spray to kill the ants. Some of the ants die and drop into the jacuzzi, they used a big fish net to pick the ants out of the jacuzzi. But how they going to ensure the water of jacuzzi is clean for us to use as we don't know the fish net is clean or dirty. Therefore, I didn't use the jacuzzi for the staying. It is wasted of my money for staying there. It is really not worth to stay in the Jacuzzi Pool Deluxe, as it is open air, no privacy at all, no temperature. You can't use the jacuzzi during night as it is too cold. Go for the deluxe pool view if you are going out from morning till night or go for jacuzzi ocean view suite if you can afford. Furthermore, do not take your breakfast after 930am although they stated breakfast time is until 1030am because by 10am, there will be less food for you to choose. However, there are some advantages for the hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a mall beside the resort and only few minutes walk to market village. Plus they also provide shuttle bus to send customer to the public mini van station. There are also massage shop in front of the hotel.

Fist time i booked via agona and I though my the seacret hotel near the beach but i was wrong because i booked it as a sea cret garden. First i felt bad and thinking that what i booked it is gonna be ok or not. Once i went to the correct sea cret garden that it is not nete the beach at all but i feel teally happy with this.All the staffs are very nice to us. They serve us very impresive moment. The room are very nice. Hotel is private. The airmosphere are very nice. Swimimg pool also beautiful and close to all the room. It is appropriate for ppl who want to go for relxing. Escape from the busy life. If i have chance to go Huahin again, i will stay here again and i will invice my familly and all my friends to stay here as well. I love here. :)

Ayrest hotel is in our Top 3 list among the best hotels that we have stayed! We feel exclusive, special & relax (like a King) during our stay in this hotel. Service was excellent! This is the only hotel that (we stayed) has jacuzzi outside the balcony. It was a bliss to soak yourselves in the jacuzzi while watching stars / suntanning. The room is big and classy that makes us feel like staying in the room for whole day! Not to mention, Ayrest has a very nice pool & dining area! We had a great experience with Ayrest! We DEFINITELY will come back again!

Absolutely beautiful. From the welcome cocktail over to the honeymoon cake and Christmas gifts all the way to check out, our stay at The Regent was amazing, truly memorable and something we will never forget. The hotel offers shuttle services to Hua Hin night market. On top of the 5 restaurants the hotel has already, it also has a very affordable and well stocked mini mart that is cheaper than 7/11. Rooms have iron boards and irons, hair dryers, kettles, drying rags, free water and coffees every day, safes, TV with British and German channels and room service with amazing breakfast. What surprised us was how SPOTLESS the place is and that there wasn't as much as a mosquito. What we liked best was how quiet the resort is and that the only thing you hear day and night are the crashing waves and the birds. Even at the pools it was an unreal sense of relaxation and quietness. This place is beautiful inside out with its dedicated staff and white beaches at the doorstep. We would totally rate this a 5 star-place and are hoping to come back soon. If you ever get a chance to stay here, please do! You won't regret it. It was the cherry on top of our honeymoon cake :)

I really believe that this was the best hotel experience I've had for the money. We stayed in one of the new cocoon rooms, which really was super clean, and everything worked - no broken handles, chipped glass etc. The staff were great, especially the bellboy guy, who was really polite and helpful. The pool area, while not really big enough to actually swim in, is beautifully designed. I gave the food 4 stars as on weekdays we were the only people there and this didn't get full Thai meals for breakfast, but what we did get was really good. No room service as far as I know, or no menu in the room at least. Theres a great restaurant on site, though. Unfortunately there was a hotel being built opposite, which created a bit of noise up until 10pm ish, but we couldn't really hear it in the room. No complaints at all, and I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I stayed a nigh with my family on the topmost of the hotel. The Royal Suite Room takes up all the space of the 4th floor containing of 4 big bedrooms, one big kitchen, one huge living room and dining table which are very well decoration. Every bedroom has its own bathroom but the master bedroom provides jacuzzi with a nice view thru the windows. However, there is no hand towel in the bathroom. (Just 1 bath towel and 1 hair towel placing on the bed). The restaurant is also well-decorated. Breakfast was good and Pizza was very yummy. Staff are well-trained and gave us a warm welcome, polite and best service all thru the stay. One thing that should be in consideration is the disturbing sound of live music from a pub nearby the master bedroom . It may be a problem for the guest who have the symptoms of difficulty sleeping.

We booked this hotel with Bed room spa villa but what we got it's totally different. It's not just one bed room with spa like in the picture that showed in website but it's look like penthouse. The huge living room and kitchen on the first floor and big bed room on the second floor with private pool inside home. This is very private and provided with full facilities. The bathroom is very big and one big bath spa on the second floor bath room. Also the big porch with very good view at night. The location is quite good for us as it near Khao Takieb and the center of Huahin. There is just some little thing that's not so ok. Hot water doesn't work well in both bathroom and breakfast is also just like a small breakfast. They served with 2 sausage, egg, ham, bread, fruits, one glass of orang juice and one tea or coffee. It seem like a big breakfast but the taste was so bad. Anyway If u r not mind about the breakfast, I would recommend u to stay here. And I will come back again 100%!

Royal Pavilion We decided to visit Hua Hin to get away from the stereotype beach resort. We chose The Royal Pavilion Hotel after researching Agoda. Our selection was based on location, reputation and affordability. We arrived by train early in the evening and as soon as the taxi delivered us to the door, two attendants were there to collect our bags and put them on luggage trolley whilst we booked in. The process was quick and courteous and set the standard for the rest of our visit. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and style of our room as it was equipped with generous sized bathroom with a separate shower recess, a refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities, wardrobe and huge bed. In the living area is a lounge and glass coffee table and the whole unit is air conditioned. There is a small balcony which we found useful for drying a few items of clothing that had been rinsed. Each day the room has been serviced and complimentary bottles of water replenished we can find no fault. The dining room serves good food with prices comparable to most other hotels we have stayed in. It is amazing that so few patrons make use of this restaurant. On the top floor there is an outdoor area called “The Blue Sky Bar” that is open from 5pm to 11 pm. Drinks are available and snacks. The pool and pool area were clean and towels are provided for guests. Unfortunately no food or drink is allowed in the area. There is a spa beauty parlour for massage at a reasonable price. A convenience store is next door to purchase food and drinks. We would definitely recommend any body wanting to stay at Hu Hin to stay at this hotel.

We found Hisea Hua Hin Hotel by chance when we we're talking to a local across the street from the hotel. We told her that we're searching for another hotel to stay at for the remaining 3 more weeks of vacation in Hua Hin. She immediately pointed to Hisea Hua Hin Hotel across the street which according to her, just barely opened for business. We decided to check it out right there and then, and we were lucky to meet the owner himself who showed us around. Hisea Hua Hin Hotel is definitely a jewel of a find, for its highly detailed facilities, tasteful decor, furnishings, amenities, friendly and helpful staffs, and for the price! Additionally, the location is perfect and within walking distance to a lot of Hua Hin's city center places of interest, and the beautiful Hua Hin beach! We've looked at many hotels in the area prior to visiting Hisea Hua Hin Hotel and nothing beats Hisea Hua Hin Hotel for what it offers, the price, location, and the staff. Being that it's brand new, it's absolutely immaculate! Although it's low season and therefore it's not fully booked, I see housekeeping clean every rooms everyday! The beds are the most comfortable we've ever found during our 3 months of travel in Asia, and the owner accommodates our needs to the best that he can. Case in point, I wanted an electric fan in my room due to my special need for it, and he happily obliged without question although the A/C in his hotel works perfectly. The staff are very attentive and helpful, and the owner is a hands on kind of a businessman. He's always around and can easily be reached and easy to talk to. Now, this is not the Hilton or Centara, but it doesn't have the high price of those 2 either and for all the quality service and amenities Hisea Hua Hin offers, it just can't be beat! Lastly, I would like to add that I have worked for big 5 star hotels in Las Vegas as a V.I.P. Associate for 5 years, therefore, I know a jewel of a find when I see one when it comes to hotels, amenities,

The Asia Hotel is a very well kept older hotel on the beachfront at Cha Am. The rooms are all in top condition, are freshly painted, with timber furniture, a safe, flat screen TV, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a bathtub and a shower, colourful carpet and drapes. The bed is comfortable with two pillows. The rooms at the front all have balconies with chairs, and a great view along the coast. On the 17th floor is a gym and a small pool. The view from the pool level is spectacular. I have stayed at the Asia Hotel in Pattaya, and both hotels share similar characteristics. They are both older, but in great condition. A lot of newer hotels in Thailand are not as well kept as this one. There is a new wing at the front of the hotel with pool villas. They appear to be very modern. The hotel has a restaurant which has a good range of dishes, several of which are quite cheap. There are daily specials. There's also a Happy Hour (2 hours) where you can get 2 glasses of wine, or 2 Chang beers for 180B. The breakfast buffet is large and has cereals, juices, at least 6 hot Asian dishes, an egg station, salad, soups , pastries, fruit, tea and coffee etc. I was very pleased with my stay at the Asia Hotel. The reception staff are particularly nice. The room, location, and view is great There are numerous restaurants nearby. I will certainly come back.

oriental beach pearl is a great new resort, located in beautiful and peacefully surroundings with a nice view to the mountains and not far from the beach. we stayed in an orchid plus pool villa, and it was amazing, everything was of course brand new and very good quality and design, we felt very relaxed and at home. the beds are very comfortable, and our bathroom was equipped with a nice steam shower we enjoyed every morning after a long swim in the really big pool right outside our villa. one of the best things about the villa is the rooftop. it is private for sunbathing and there is a wonderful jacuzzi, and lying there late in the evening looking at the stars was really amazing. it is very spacious and there is also a big bbq, if you would like to make your on food. if you need to stay in contact with your work or family the wi-fi is very good, fast and free. there is three giant pools and a very nice pool bar were you can order drinks, snacks and food, we really recommend the restaurant, there is a big american breakfast buffet every morning, and our dinner in the evening were gourmet thai cousine, fresh fish directly from the beach near by the resort, don’t miss out to eat there so delicious. the last thing we would recommend is to rent a mountain bike or a scoter in the resort and drive around in the beautiful area, there is hardly any traffic so you can feel safe driving. the resort is about 35 min from hua hin, but there is a great shuttle bus service from the resort three times a day so it is no problem at all. it was our second stay at this resort, but we are coming back in january that is for sure, we already miss the friendly staff.

Staff at hotel are really nice, always trying to help and sort out problems. Some speak ok english some hardly understand a word but keep trying to help. We had a misunderstanding about the beach but the manager woman really was trying her best to sort it out. There is a shuttle to places down town or to one of the malls. The driver is really a nice funny person, always on time to pick you up back to the hotel. Pool outside is very nice with Sea view in front, kitsch music in the background, in a loop,(could be nice to stop the music loop once in a while). Indoor pool really nice for those rainy days, also quite and peaceful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are modern and new. We slept in the suite room 3 nights. Really big 2 rooms with separate door, nice sitting area and jacuzzi in the balcony facing the sea. Stuff always greet you (sometimes it is starting to annoy), and trying to help and serve you. Could be nice if they clean the pool from bugs and insects floating from the night. Hotel location is right on the beach within walking distance from cicada market, perfect location. Food prices are fairly priced. I must add that the 2 last nights we stayed, the hotel was almost fully booked and service level at breakfast for example was not that good. Also during the weekend breakfast had a lot of Thai and Chinese food with labels only in Thai , so westerners could not really eat it as you do not know what was it. Every night when we came back to our room there was a sleep well card with flowers on our bed,

The hotel is old but well-maintained. We booked a deluxe room - it was spacious and comfortable. But the best thing about the hotel is the sea view, so make sure you booked a high floor. The town itself is rather boring - most of places got closed by 10pm on Thursday 🤷,the sea was not clean because of the rains, but it was nice to chill by the pool and enjoy the views on the balcony. The breakfasts was big and delicious as well.

rated 4 stars but haven was better than all 5 star hotels that i have been to. situated about 10 minutes from town and was quite daunting travelling to the hotel in the middle of the night as it is quite dark getting to the hotel. arrived at the hotel and was immediately greeted by a very friendly bell boy. every staff member was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. surrounds are beautiful and location is great for a couples getaway. very clean a luxurious with great views. restaurant was very appealing with great range.

For this price you get the very best out of it. Hotel room is very nice. Upon arrival staff greet you with a smile. We did not manage to check into the room that we book but instead rearrange with another room (different view). We like the bathroom as it comes with big tub and a separate shower area. Shower water pressure is very strong. Air cond is very cold. If only our room is with super king size bed instead of 2 queen bed. Hotel facilities is good. Swimming pool is small but still acceptable as not much people using it. One end of the pool have jacuzzi and the other end is kids pool. Hotel spa massage is good. Hotel Location is close to weekend cicada night market but further away from town centre. Need not worry about going to 7-11 as they have 24 hrs counter selling snacks and water. Breakfast is good too but choice is not a lot. Staff is so helpful as they help us to book our bus ticket back to bangkok. Whatever queries you have they will help you with a smile. I will return again in future. I hope the staff will continue providing their best service with a smile.

Really nice villa in Hua Hin that is more or less pretty affordable! Firstly, they were kind enough to allow us to change our booking dates Free of Charge when we got Agoda to call them as we had make a huge mistake on our booking dates. We were treated with 5 star service from the staff from the minute we arrived till the minute we checked out. The pool was nice to take a dip in although it was freezing most of the time. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was brought to our room everyday with a smile! Location was good as well as you're within walking distance to 711's, a few different night markets, restaurants. There's also this HUGE famous outdoor food court that's a 200m walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would 100% recomend it! Quiet and everything is an easy tuk tuk or Grab ride away!

after reading the reviews on agoda we made the booking for this hotel. we were not disappointed. the location of this hotel is excellent, on a busy street that runs along the waterfront but the rooms are not noisy. the rooms are spacious, clean and even have a small veranda. we could talk about details such as finishings, but this is a common theme across asia and considering the price you are getting a great deal. having checked out the properties along the waterfront, i think banlansuan probably offers the best package. there is no pool, but the ocean is a stone's throw away. there is no gym either, but a jog in the neighbourhood (interesting!) fixed that. in-room food is well-priced, though we did not try as there were so many restaurants right on the doorstep. breakfast is very good, but as some others commented, if you are staying longer than a few days you will be inclined to check out the local restaurants for diversity. having checked out hua hin as well, we are pleased we opted for cha-am which is smaller and more laid back.

the hotels looks new and we were greeted with a smile and welcome drink at check in. the deluxe room we chose was large and spacious and the shower was clean and modern. the swimming pools are on 3 levels but they are connected by stairs which makes it accessible. only suggestion is to increase number of sun chairs. they even have books to lend if u forget to bring reading material! the hotel breakfast was good from heart shaped and star shaped eggs to french toast, pancakes, conger and a variety of fruit juices. i'm especially impressed with the service as we wanted double beds as i'm traveling with a friend but they only had a king bed available. without us asking they offered to give us a roll in bed for free! we ended up just sharing the bed but it was the thought that counts. only downside is that there's no private beach and the view from our balcony was a piece of empty waste land.

I had a good stay. I selected the hotel because of its situation and it lived up to my expectations. The hotel staff where very polite and helpful and are one of the best assets that the hotel has to offer. The food in the restaurant was superb and very reasonably priced. The restaurant staff were great. The very small amount of padding on the chairs did not encourage one to longer for a cup of coffee after the meal. The resort is marketed as a beach resort which it is not. It is a resort on a beach. The beach was perfect and during my stay I was the only person on the beach. Why? A beach resort needs chairs and umbrellas so that residents can spend time on the beach. Loungers were there but without cushions they did not encourage you to stay. A little shade is available under the tree but it is minimal. All over the resort the furniture has been designed by a sadist and purchased by a masochist. There is just no where comfortable to sit and relax with a book. The bean bags on the floor above the were perhaps the most comfortable but for an person of my years getting into them and out again was difficult and I only tried them once. The black, grey and white colour scheme is striking but on my fifth day it was become a bit depressing. Other than the colourful kayaks in the beach area the place is drab. It needs colourful cushions and umbrellas to break the austere look.

Right across the Soi from the beach, short cheap boat ride to Monkey Island, good food for reasonable prices, relaxed attitude and great for little kids. Nearby restaurants and massages on the beach are cheap and fair quality. Shallow water at the beach is good for kids to play, but not so great for real swimming. Beach had too much trash (seems to be everywhere in Thailand, not just here...I bring a grocery bag to fill every time I go, may not help, but cannot hurt and I can soothe my guilty conscience). Lots of small interesting shells on the beach. Resort is a ways from Hua Hin...800THB for a ride in the back of a pickup truck from train station...arrange through hotel for more comfort. We are in Thailand for 2 years, and will be visiting Dolphin Bay again. Not perfect, but great for the price and great for a 5 year old boy that loves to swim. I gave 5 stars for everything, though others may not consider it "superb" but rather quite good, but given the price, I think it warrants 5 across the board. I was going to give 4 stars for location due to being so far from transport...but that is a good thing as well, nice and quiet.

The resort was provided as an absolutely comfortable environment and very nice welcome staff. My mum also loved their breakfast and private swimming poor. The rooms were done as a lovely decoration with worldwide standard facilities, even in the bathrooms....I did like the bathroom door actually. The staff and the owners which are present during our stay created a very nice atmosphere, we feel more like at home. The location of main swimming poor, restaurant and lobby were quite remote, however the pickup and drop off contributed by the resort's EV golf cars perfectly. The beds are very nice and comfy, their restaurant was very good, we just had a great time there. It is a very beautiful place and we love to come back again. This is a great place for relaxation, for those who look for peaceful atmosphere... highly recommended... :)

We stayed in deluxe room: spacious and clean. Complimentary water, coffee, tea everyday. Staffs are very helpful, friendly. We enjoyed relaxing by the free-formed-pool towards the beach which is neither too big nor too small. Resort restaurant offers nice food at reasonable price (with life band at night). Buffet breakfast is pretty good (Asian and Western varieties). Restaurant faces the road and beach with interesting scene while dining. Commotion on the beach and road however doesn't disturb relaxing atmosphere in the resort. We've been to Cha-Am town-beach 5 times, this is the best resort to chill-out. There are plenty of shops and local food available just outside hotel on the road. The best ones are at the fishing pier around 3,5 km northwards Cha-Am. Seafood there is fresh out of the sea and cheap. We really enjoyed meal, sea breeze and watching fishermen and marine lives.

I booked Executive View Type on 7th floor. They have a good view, spacious room, sofy bed and pillow. Clean room and well furnish with modern design. You can find out many facilities in this hotel. They have a swimming pool, fitness room, bicycle riding, spa, business counter, shuttle bus service to Hua Hin downtown. Breakfast was good in buffet line . They have variety of foods.
