I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in Thailand and Atta is absolutely one of the best. Many hotels in Thailand will claim a 4 or 5 star rating but most it’s not accurate. Here it’s very accurate. I can’t find anything bad to say about this hotel which is rare for me. I read a lot of reviews about bad breakfast here but they have obviously fixed that as our breakfast choice and quality was huge and very good. The rooms are maintained and cleaned very well and everything works as it should The hotel, surrounding area and view of the national park and mountains are beautiful. The pictures on Agoda need updating as it’s better! Perhaps they were taken when the hotel was unfinished. Food and room service very good too Staff speak good enough English and very helpful The air here is so clean and fresh, my clothes don’t stink of fires which is nice Great place to stay if you want to visit khao yai, it’s 20 minutes by car Thank you Atta, well done 👍

We chose the room for three persons. The extra bed is the best setting that we have ever experience. Very comfortable. Room is very clean. It has small pantry. We enjoy the espresso machine very much. Should provide more bottle water. We need to ask for additional. But all soft drink in the fridge are free. The scenic view from balcony is glorious. Bath room is huge. Bed are very clean at the level of 5 stars. Check in is fast. Check out took a bit too long time. Breakfast is great. It offers all kind of food both Asian and Western style.

Very beautiful hotel and the halal food was a plus point since it's so hard to find a hotel in Thailand with halal food (it is stated in the menu that their chicken & beef are halal). However in the breakfast buffet, the chicken and pork sausages were placed side by side in the same tray and using the same kitchen tong, so we were unable to eat it. Also, we stayed here for our wedding anniversary and I made a request to have the room specially decorated but it was missed out. Despite these points, I'll still give full star rating to the hotel because it was truly beautiful. Check-in and check-out were very fast.

I love this place. It is like having your own apartment. It comes a lot of amenities and with a nice balcony. Best to pick the highest floor if available. The views is so relaxing, I have to set an alarm in the morning just to enjoy the view. Breakfast in this hotel, is a must. Do all you can to have it with your booking or you probably have a pay a little out of your pocket but it is all worth it because of the varieties that its being offered by the hotel. It has the regular standarn American breakfast, pancake, eggs and bacon. Also, Thai foods and tons of fruits.

Escape Khaoyai is ideally located at the center of natural Nakhon Ratchasima. The hotel appears new and the staff is exceptional given my 11 years of business and leisure travel experience based in Asia. The General Manager, K. It was a quick decision to go to Khao Yai for 2 days, 1 night trip. We made a hotel booking in the morning before we start our trip. We were lucky enough to get 2 rooms for 4 adults at Theme Valley Khao Yai on Friday night with special price from Agoda. Thanks! Agoda. Theme Valley is such a amazing place. The front service is great. We love the security door at the entrance to the hotel area. It gave us the peace of mind to stay here. The set up and landscape of the hotel is perfect. We couldn't ask for more. The hotel is in the good location. Easy to find. The room is great. Nice and new. Clean and tidy. All the facilities are well thought and plenty of it. such as a lot of bath gels. plenty of bottles of drinking water and the best part is everything in the fridge and all snacks&coffee in the room are free! The service is terrific. Staffs are very polite and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Plenty of selections. We used the discounted coupon that hotel provided for 2 ppl spa& massages. It was really good and nice bargain. The down part is you can not avoid mosquitoes. Damn it! Overall, it's the great place to stay. My family & I will definitely go there again. x

Going beyond the excellent service from the DusitD2 team. 1) We were alerted on the power failure at the holiday days before we arrive the holiday. Notified and expecting the electricity to be up and running by 5pm but the electricity in the region was still disrupted. Fans and room light was still operating so we stayed for a night and enjoyed the good ambience without electronics (TV/Phone) and connect to the nature and chit chat for the night. 2) Was hungry at night and we visited the restaurant at 1030pm. Restaurant was closed but they manage to still wipe out a good meal just to satisfy our tummy. That's the extra mile they would go and really appreciate the actions from them. 3) The next day we decided not to continue with DusitD2 as we need electricity to charge our phones so we requested to move out. The manager of the hotel quickly booked a high end hotel (Free of charge) for us and placed us at Atta Lakeside Resort within 10mins. The room in DusitD2 is a perfect getaway for couple. Most of the tourist was put on a new resort/hotel due to the electricity outage so we had a quiet stay and enjoyed the mountain view in our 1 day with DusitD2 . Upon arriving at the La Casetta, the check-in was fast. My family and I were given glasses of juice which was refreshing. The hotel room was prepared for us in advance and we checked in quickly. On Christmas Day, the hotel surprised my family and I by placing a ginger bread man on each of our bed. For daily breakfast, we can either select western or traditional Thai. The western breakfast is located at the second level while the traditional breakfast is at the third level. I remembered both days we ordered omelette and it was one of the best that I have tasted!! So delicious!! Also, we tried both types of breakfast and the fish congee was so delicious! For photo taking, there are many excellent spots within the hotel surrounding to take! My family and I enjoyed the quietness and the fresh air early every morning. A great place for all sorts of travellers to enjoy the peacefulness and the natural beauty of this place!! Advisable to book this hotel early especially during peak seasons!

I've been travel around and mostly stayed at 4-5 stars hotels. The Series Resort Khaoyai give the best services I've ever met and exceed my expectation. The staff are full of service mind, friendly and polite. They may give you a surprise, which is small gift, during your stay and that is your job to find out what it is. The facilities here were great. The room is very well cleaned. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. The bathroom has a big Jacuzzi with a plenty of bath foam for you to spend. The hotel will provide you a free 'afternoon tea' starting from 2.00 pm. The afternoon tea set are good they serve you with a variety of dessert and give you a finish with Haagendaz ice cream. The breakfast is very nice. They provide you a free unlimited 'a la carte' style. Please note that they serve you a big portion each dish. The hotel location is not too far from the interesting tourist spot in Khao Yai area. Conclusion is highly recommended.

What do you describe a spacious and nicely furnished villa in a serene environment with breathtaking views, great food, 5 stars service which make you feel like you are at home? Paradise. Like to elaborate more on The Paz's impeccable service. The concierge and restaurant staff were always helpful, going the extra mile for us and their smiles were genuine and warmed our hearts. Their bell boys assisted with our luggage and were always prompt in transporting us to and fro the villa. Prompt may not be sufficient to describe their speed when they are at the doorstep after you take a short distance after hanging up the phone to the door. I think some 5 stars hotel ought to learn from them. Professional yet genuine love and service comes from within. We have never regretted choosing this hotel and their staff made our stay very memorable for my wife, a 1 year old child and myself. Definitely recommended!

5 star rating is not enough for this lovely place.....this is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. The location with its 360° views is breathtaking....our room so intimate and romantic....the food excellent....the staff well they make this place run so smoothly and we became friends with all of them they are lovely...don't hesitate book and stay in Sala Khaoyai it is fantastic :-)

This is a very luxurious hotel built around a golf course. The atmosphere and the surroundings were just amazing, not to mention the private pool! We had a lot of fun and good memories of the midnight and early morning swims during our stay. Before we booked, we read some negative reviews about the hotel's location, the lack of up keeping and maintenance, and cutting corners like not providing aroma soap, etc. Regarding location, if you follow google map, you will take the shortest route, but the last stretch of 500 m or so is on a dirt road, which could be confusing and scary if you were on it for the first time. The best thing is to enter via Kirimaya Hotel, a sister hotel to the Muthi Maya. Once you enter the compound, you simply follow the sign and drive along a private paved road to the Muthi Maya. As for the lack of up keeping & maintenance, and cutting corners, we did not feel that. The water in our private pool was extremely clean and we did find aroma soap in both bathrooms in our unit. Buffet breakfast was excellent, even though the choices were not as plentiful as those hotels catered to mass tourists. Staff and service match the 5 star rating. We left our passport wallet in the safe when we checked out. The hotel staff contacted us and delivered the wallet to our new hotel with everything inside intact. It is a hotel that we definitely would come back in the near future.

We stayed in the treehouse and it was for us and espacially our children a dream come true. The resort is very close to the entrance of Khao Yai nature parc. We had diner at the resort, wich has normal prices for a hotel in Thailand. With the ambiance of the resort at night it's good value diner and saved us the walk into town in the dark. One off the best things about this resort is the very friendly and helpfull staff. If possible we will visit them again!

I stayed at Hotel Together for a night and wish it was longer. It was really valued for money with breakfast included. Their breakfast spread was the best among all my stays in Khao Yai. They even have high chairs for children. We were greeted by friendly staff who was struggling to understand us in English, we stayed at level two and had to carry our luggage ourselves as there were no lifts (no big issue). It's just forest view surrounding the hotel, simple and quiet location. The location is 8 mins drive to Pak Chong night market where we settled our dinner with happiness (most would have rented a car/ hire a private driver anyway). I had written in to asked if they could assist us in getting hot water as I have a toddler with me and I had a filled pump flask waiting for me in the room (which I highly appreciates). The only thing that irritates me a little is that the bathroom has a sewage smell (my husband can't smell any). Overall, I still recommend this accommodation.

My girlfriend and myself were pleased with the services rendered to us during our 3D2N stay over at Limon Villa. Pui, the owner, made us feel very welcomed when we first checked in and continued to do so throughout the rest of the stay. The villa was lovely and made us feel at home. The breakfast had two options, Western and Thai styles, which had huge portions and tasted great. While the villa may be located slightly farther away from key attractions like Primo Piazza, Chocolate Factory and PB Winery, this won't be much of an issue if a taxi rental service is hired to bring you around. Though insects and bugs are pretty pervasive on the outside of the villa, the hotel is well equipped with mosquito coils and nets to protect you from those pesky creatures, just in case. We also faced 2 occurrences of blackout within the same day, but were well attended by the staff and had torchlights in the room to address our fear of darkness. Just note that these are pretty common across all the hotels & villa in Khao Yai, especially during rainy days. That aside, we will strongly recommended for all to give it a try and will love to come back if we visit Khao Yai again!

I have booked two rooms, room 144 and 145. Rooms were large with 2 queen sized beds in both room. This is definitely one of the cleanest rooms I ever stayed. Thumb up for housekeeping and hotel. Toilet is very bright and clean. Best toilet! Hotel gave us 4 bottles of water daily. A welcome fruit basket. A total of 8 pillows in each room. My family had a very comfortable sleep and stay in this hotel. Location is not an issue to us as we hired a driver. Breakfast was ok, quite the same comparable spread as other hotels. Staff was polite and friendly. I didn't use the pool so no comments. Overall, I give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended!

During our 2 night stay here, my wife and I were treated to stunning vistas of rolling mountains and cypress trees. I think Pak Chong province near Khao Yai National Park has an italian theme to it because most new developments are Italian Themed. This hotel is no exception. Food at the hotel was excellent and most vegetables in the menu are grown in the resort so it is very fresh. The rooms were nice and everything was clean and in working order. All rooms had a outdoor deck so you can wine and dine under the stars. The resort was a bit isolated but perfect if you want some peace and quiet. Paz our driver/guide was an excellent staff as he took us around Pak Chong and National Park and was truly accomodating.

This Hotel is very acceptable. The staff are friendly and speak adequate English. The rooms are well presented though very similar in design and style as many Hotels in the price range. It is a shame that information in the room is lacking in everything except a detailed explanation of every possible item in the room and how much it will cost you if damaged or missing on check out. For the first time, I encountered a central control panel beside the bed that takes care of the air conditioning, the tv. But I didn't find out until I went to reception to ask why my TV didn't appear to be working. Power comes from a button on that Control panel and then the remote comes into use to switch on and select Channels etc. They could easily provide more useful information in the room about the hotel and its facilities. But this is a small gripe and I have no problem in recommending this as a nice place to stay and within 5 minutes walking distance to "Terminal 21". One of the best Malls in Thailand, I think.

Researched on Khao Yai for it's good accommodation places without breaking the bank. This 4 star hotel fits the bill. The resort is huge and it's being well kept. The rooms are big and comfortable to stay in. All the appliances and electrical works in the room. Cons: At random time the hot water doesn't work (esp at night and morning). The wifi signal is rather weak in the room, keeps on disconnecting. The TV channels are mostly dubbed in Thai, so in room entertainments were limited. Pros: Rooms are huge with certain rooms have great views. Rooms services are prompt and reliable. A good spread for breakfast (little choices for halal food though). Great location of the resort, near to many of places of interest. Resort is located just beside Palio Village! Really enjoyed the stay there and would come again. Will definitely recommend to stay in this resort.

In all i feel that khaoyai isnt a place thats ready for tourist yet. Resort staffs cant quite speak english but tries their very best. We still manage to understand each other end of the day. Rooms are big n clean. Room service food is amazingly delicious! Breakfast also changes everyday which im really surprised. The thai style noodles they hv during bf changes daily n is very delicious too. Being close to nature the pools are a tiny bit dirty but not an issue for us. Theres also a free to use giant float! Waterpark isnt big but its great too! The kids had a great time there. Theres a baby pool wif slide for younger kids and big slide for bigger kids. But no guards so at ur own risk. We also went for Atv, go cart, viking, luge! Staffs are friendly n it was fun to play all these within ur resort vicinity. Rates are reasonable as well. If u're a clean freak best to avoid this place. Its close to nature so theres bound to be dirt n bugs.

my friends and i went to kenshington english garden for a quick escape from the big city. we chose the hotel base only from the picture without any prior knowledge of it and what a surprise! it was a very pleasant stay. we drove from bangkok and the hotel is quite far from other attractions in khao yai but that is the charm of it. there are no other resort/hotel/restaurant around so we basically have all the valley to ourselves. the staff are very helpful from when we called to confirm that we were in the right direction until we reached the place itself. the rooms are so spacious even the smallest one you can fit 5-7 people in if you try. (unfortunately i think they only allow 3 per room, max.) like i mentioned there are no restaurant near the hotel unless you are willing to take a half an hour drive, so we decided to have dinner in the hotel and the quality of the food is great. the price for the food is the same with the normal 3-4 stars hotel. the breakfast is also good even though they don't really have much variety but you can always request something a-la-cart too. the garden, the main attraction of the hotel, is very very nice. it's still new so some of the plantation needs growing but still, it was a very pleasant and relax stay!

Our stay in Khao Yai was a short but memorable one because of this accommodation. Recommended by my sister, I'm so glad I took up the suggestion and stayed here too. I got a free upgrade to their best room to celebrate our anniversary. The room is so clean and spacious and beautiful, equipped with all the facilities you could possibly need in a room. I wouldn't even mind spending the day in the room!

We booked a room in the hotel, but were upgraded to a villa in Muthi Maya. It was really a surprise. The villa was huge and very well designed, modern style, with all the details you can expect from a luxury villa, very nicely decorated. The bathroom was huge, with a huge tube in the middle, and the shower, seprated, with views to a small garden. The secondary bathroom would have been the main one for a 4 stars. The bedroom was big and so the living room and dinning room. The best, the private pool and porch. We went for a vist to Khao Yai park, but for lovers of golf, it has a golf course. Definetily, a place to stay

Absolutely fantastic resort! Hidden gem that's newly open for just 1 month. Highly recommended as the rooms and decor are beautiful, the bed is comfy and pool is really lovely. Waking up to a Khao Yai countryside but modern beautiful resort gives such good vibes. Most importantly the staff there, especially Mark and Aed were more that excellent. As we only knew English, both of them can converse in very good English and assisted us throughout our stay. One last thing, the food here is really delicious. I seldom have praises for in room dining but thanks to the chefs at the hotel, our tummies not forgetting our hearts were all happy. Didn't bear to leave upon checking out though �
