Location:
About a 20-minute drive from the city centre. It’s a bit far, but the area is actually quite peaceful with no traffic noise at night.
Got restaurant in front of the hotel but my advice is not to eat there. Saw rat as big as rabbit at night at the door of the restaurant.
Entrance:
The entrance is beside a mall. The ground floor is where the lobby staff are located, but the reception is on level 6 — you’ll need to take the lift up to check in.
Parking:
Mall parking but the hotel will cover the cost. So parking is FOC (level 3-5)
Deposit:
A RM100 deposit is required. If you don’t have cash, you can withdraw it from the ATM on the ground floor near the Chicken Lah restaurant.
Room:
The room was spacious and clean, with a fresh scent. The queen-sized bed felt a bit small (or maybe it just felt that way to me). I loved that the hotel offers a wide variety of TV channels — we forgot to bring our Mi TV box, so this was a nice surprise.
Facilities:
There's a pool and a gym — definitely worth every penny.
Lost Item:
I accidentally left my dirty clothes there in a laundry plastic bag. When I returned to ask about it, they said it was no longer there. I guess the housekeeping team had already thrown it away. I do wish they would ask the guest first whether they want to keep the item or discard it.

“Well, not bad.. ”
Hotel luas, bilik luas, free parking. They also provide facility mcm gym dan swimming pool. View drpd tingkat 16, sgt cntik. Naik turun lif need an access card so it look very grand seperti namanya. Hopefully nanti repeat, sauna tu sdh siap. Gym ok jg but from my husband's point of view, dia kurg suka because gym tu mcm tdk terjaga dan ada yg tdk lengkap. So dia sedikit kecewa la. For me, ok la sebab 1stime ke gym. For parking, before check out bole mnta pihak hotel scan our parking card so we dont have to pay for the parking. Well done. Cuma nda merasa restaurant dia ja sbb not sure is it halal atau tdk. Last but not least, much better klau utk sabun dan shampoo buat mcm d ibis style hotel. Hehe apapun, will repeat again in shaa Allah. Overall, very happy with my stay here. Thank you grand inhotel.

“The connecting room really helps”
Good and comfortable room, i really love this connecting room, easy to watch the children. Everything was okay, this was the 2nd time we check-in here. Unfortunately, the pool didn’t appear very clean, which was a bit disappointing for our 2nd visit.

“Nice accommodation”
A very good place to stay for work or family vacation. Price very good for value when I compare to other place to stay. Parking is on floor 3 - 6. But for some reason the door to hotel lift cannot open on floor 3 - 5. The room card not working. So need use the mall lift and change to lift hotel on lobby. Or just park at floor 6 which is to lobby hotel. Room very clean. Got gym and swimming pool. Food breakfast also very satisfying. The only downside is the location is which very traffic jam regardless of time. Take this as consideration if wanna go out all the time. Other than that. Overall very satisfying. Will stay again in the future.

“Smile please”
I am reviewing this hotel to point out the housekeeping team. Throughout my stay here I did not once seen the hsk giving welcoming gesture or smile. Makes our stay here uncomfortable, had a bad day or what? Not only that, yes bilik saya DND no need any cleaning tapi bila saya balik dari luar & nampak ada hsk di corridor then I asked for air botol dia bagi 1 sja, did she get any proper training? Supposed to be bukan 1 bilik entitled for 2 bottle of water? Tiada senyuman di wajah mcm byk betul bilik dia buat itu hari. Semua hsk team yg saya nampak masa itu tiada senyuman. Is that how they treat the guest? Or is it just me. Despite of the unwelcome gesture from hsk, the cleanliness pretty good everything is clean and in order. Would not stay here again and I thank you!
