“Acceptable”
There is no problem to find the place with GPS but the resort staff didn’t tell us where is our unit and didn’t tell us no need to check in, how and where to get the unit keys. We realised that there are many different companies resorts at Marino. We went many rounds. So the driver called the resort, the staff doesn’t know how to speak Simple English. Our driver too😓😓. There was a Aunty (should be cleaning lady) directed our driver how to go to the unit (even though we have hard time finding it) finally the Aunty came out from the unit to wait for us (we arrive around 6-7pm a bit dark for us to see the resort’s name) after that then we got to know that there are only 2 units belong to fairy and tale resort. We were very upset for not telling us our unit’s name & details ( there is no unit number) When we enter the house yes it’s look the same as the pictures but not well maintain. The kitchen’s tap almost dropping, utensils dirty & rusted. Very dissapointed.
