Pros: 1)Very good value for money! Breakfast spread is great by hotel standards, with both Asian and Continental options. 2) Rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping is provided every day without you pinging/reminding them. 3) A/C was cold and could withstand constant running 4) Beds were comfortable, and there were smoking room options available so you could smoke on the balcony 5) Location is great, not too busy and a lot of food/ massage/ spa options available and 711 is right outside honestly unbeatable. Cons: 1) We booked the standard twin room and were led to an older building that had a peculiar odor (though nothing too bad). The stairs were steep, so anyone with babies or elderly guests should consider this room type carefully. 2) Room was very spacious and the bathroom could have used more of it - it's one of the awkwardest layouts I've seen in a while.... what irked me the most- The setup was weird in a way where the shower door and main bathroom door were facing each other and the toilet is on one side of them so you have to squish past the tiny space after you open the door to get to the toilet. The door seal of the shower doesn't seal properly, so the floor was constantly wet whenever we needed to go to the sink/ the toilet. 3) The ceiling lights of our room went off, despite flagging it to reception and they said they'd send someone, they never did lol wonder if it'll be the same if we were in Premium. I understand that the more you pay the better service you get but this gets absurd when it comes to basic neccesities like lighting. Overall a 7/10 for Standard Twin Rooms
My family and I just returned from a very enjoyable holiday at GLOW Ao Nang Krabi. The hotel truly met our expectations in terms of comfort, location, and service. ✅ Pros: Strategic Location: Located just a 10-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach and 5 minutes to Noppharat Thara Beach. There are also various restaurants, convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, and a night market nearby. Comfortable Room: Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. The balcony offered a relaxing view, and the bathroom was equipped with modern amenities. Hotel Amenities: Clean and refreshing outdoor pool, well-equipped fitness center. Friendly Service: The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always willing to help with luggage and assist with anything we needed. Conclusion: GLOW Ao Nang Krabi is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price in a strategic location. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

On 12th June 2025, during check-in, I was informed by the staff at the front desk that the room I booked **included breakfast**. I even asked for confirmation, and the staff **confirmed it**. The staff who assisted me appeared to be **new** and was being guided by a male colleague beside her. She was also a bit chubby, which might help in identifying her. On the **morning of 13th June 2025**, I went down to the lobby for breakfast with my husband. He approached the staff at the breakfast area to inquire, but the staff asked for our **room number**, which we **couldn't recall** at the time. I gave a hint that our room was **at the end of level 3**, but the staff told my husband to go to the receptionist to check our room number. My husband then asked me to try asking again, so I approached the same staff member. However, this time, the staff **raised their voice** at me and told me again to go to reception. I felt disrespected and **disheartened**, so I decided to just leave with my husband. The staff made **no attempt to help us** and instead rudely said "**It's up to you**" before walking away with a bad attitude. I then went to the reception to find out our room number, since **no room number was written on our key card**. While I was at reception, **the same staff who spoke rudely to me earlier came back**, seemingly trying to **make amends**. I expressed my **frustration to the reception staff**, explaining that I **wasn't upset about not getting breakfast**, but rather about how **poorly I was treated by the staff at the breakfast area**. The main issue wasn't about the breakfast itself, but the **unprofessional and disrespectful attitude** of the staff member. It was a very disappointing experience.

We had such a warm and welcoming experience at GLOW Ao Nang. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with big smiles and immediately approached to assist. To our pleasant surprise, they could even speak Malay, which made communication so easy and comfortable for us. They were very knowledgeable and suggested interesting places to visit, as well as the best ways to get around. We really appreciated their recommendation to use Grab instead of tuk-tuks, which turned out to be more convenient and affordable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We requested a simple bed decoration, and they kindly prepared it for free. It was beautifully done and added a special touch to our stay. Overall, the combination of friendly, attentive staff, great service, and a comfortable room made our stay at GLOW Ao Nang truly enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ao Nang. Highly recommended!
