We stayed 1 night after long journey from uk Everything perfect Greeted by lovely polite reception Concierge very helpful with luggage Room clean and well presented Bathroom and shower clean and fresh The toilet put smile on my face does everything for you even blows your bum 😂 The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have had in many years Concierge collected our luggage after I called operator with the usual Thai smile One very small improvement was not enough coffee and creamer or milk for tea , but we contacted operator on hotel phone and more was delivered within 5 mins Would I recommend hotel 100% Will be stay again 100% Thank you for making the start off our holidays visiting family

Okay the staff here are hands down the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Every from cleaning staff, front desk, bellhops, kitchen staff I mean everyone provides over the top customer service. Not to mention the room and accommodations are amazing. Let me tell you this you don’t need to go anywhere to eat but the hotel kitchen everything was amazing.
