must very careful with checkin hours ，after 6pm wont let guest checkin ”

a very desolate place ，nearby house are still unused 。although i have made fully payment but when we from malaysia arrived there at 9.30pm the owner refused us to checkin , owner said we passed the checkin time, how u feel if u are abroad at night and have no place to stay will u feel fear? so that the owner is very unresponsibilty
