“Great place but needs maintenance.”
We booked this room very urgently and shortly before we arrived at the hotel. We have been to this hotel many times but always under hotel management. Only this time did we realize that this room was for rent directly from the room owner. So once we arrived at the room, there were many things that needed to be fixed, like the master bedroom door lock being broken and the floor panel being loose. The swimming pool was not maintained and clean at all. There were also some minor problems. So we complained to the hotel and the owner was willing to move us to another room which was much better and without the previous problems from the last room. Anyway, it was great that the owner of the room took responsibility and moved us to another room. I have to thank him or her for that.
